Many counties in Michigan have what's known as 211, a number residents can call to be connected with a human services call center. Genesee County does not have this service. Resource Genesee has partnered with Shiawassee United Way to bring you this kind of information & referral service soon.
We’re hopeful that we will be able to provide 2-1-1 service in the future. However, 2-1-1 is not yet available in Genesee county.
